Appearance: Opaque dep brown to black, one finger tall ivory-coloured head of low to medium retention, Aroma: Dominant sweet caramel. Dark malts, wafers, chocolate. pastry as hell. Taste: Medium sweet. Toasted and roasted malt, caramel, chocolate wafers, some coffee. Distant hop. Low bitterness. Mouth feel: Medium plus body, soft to average carbonation. Summary: Another pastry impy.
