Description
Selfmade Brewery is a do-it-yourself brewery. Simply put, a team whose main tenet is to improve their professionalism and create the perfect drink. Our main technologist is Alexander Gromov, a professional brewer, guru and ace in the brewing industry. He has in his portfolio a professional diploma of a process engineer at MGUPP in the specialty of brewing. Behind Alexander the seminars at the Berlin Institute of Brewing, an internship in Spain at the Naparbier Brewery, experience in the Moscow Brewing Company, as well as hundreds of successful brewing at various Russian breweries.

Can at BBT 2/2022. Lots of coconut, chocolate. Med-high sweetness, rather low bitterness, also low deep roast. It could use a bit more complexity, but it is clean, it is very tasty, easy drinking too. Excellent for me.

Bottle at BBT 03/2022.Dark brown color with medium beige head. Aroma is full of coconut, dark malt, chocolate. Taste, dark malt, coconut, lactose, nougat. Full bodied, nice beer.

Can sample at a tasting at Lior's place. Thanks Max. Muddy smoothie-like orange color. Mango, milky, some spiciness, sweetish and spicy, mango smoothie, sourish note.

Can at home. Clear golden color, small white head. Aroma is nicely hoppy, buy there is an odd note to it as well. Flavor is malts, hops, a little sweeter than I had expected. Less bitter anyway. Decent. But not as good as I had hoped.

Can at home. Unclear hazy orange color, average sized white to off-white head. Aroma is malts, hops. Quite straightforward. Flavor is lightly malts, light grainy notes, citrusy-light-tart-hinted hoppiness. Decent body and carbonation. Mwah.
