Description
Selfmade Brewery is a do-it-yourself brewery. Simply put, a team whose main tenet is to improve their professionalism and create the perfect drink. Our main technologist is Alexander Gromov, a professional brewer, guru and ace in the brewing industry. He has in his portfolio a professional diploma of a process engineer at MGUPP in the specialty of brewing. Behind Alexander the seminars at the Berlin Institute of Brewing, an internship in Spain at the Naparbier Brewery, experience in the Moscow Brewing Company, as well as hundreds of successful brewing at various Russian breweries.

Keg at Beercap, Minsk. Hazy golden, small head. Rich grapefruit aroma. Dry with light body and rounded mouthfeel. Lots of grapefruit, some lychee. Mid bitter finish.

Tap @ Minsk Craft Beer Fest 2018/09. Hazy bright yellow, white foam. Aroma: pleasant hops with citrus. Taste: sweetness, tropical fruits, citrus, bitterness, grapefruit, hop-burn, bitter finish.

Tap. Black color, not very strong brown foam. Aroma: sweet, coffee, caramel, chocolate and chocolate cake. Taste: sweet, strong roasted coffee, burnt barley, bitter chocolate, brownie with cognac, sparkling, pleasant.

Tap. Bright orange color, hazy, slightly yellow foam. Aroma: real apricots (fresh, jam and yogurt jam). Tasted: slightly sweet at first, apricot, sour, yogurt, apricot juice, even some fruit wine, good.

Tap. Orange color, slightly orange foam. Aroma: tomato juice with basil and tarragon, smoke, pickle, slightly sour. Taste: tomato juice with herbs, basil and cilantro, brine, salty, crazy.

Tap at Minsk Craft Beer Fest Autumn '18. Very hazy yellow. Moderate white head. Aroma & taste: fairly juicy revealing citrus and tropical fruit. Light to mediu body. Nicely bitter. Tasty. Like.
