Can to weizen glass.
Appearance: cloudy orange color with a two to three fingers worth of foamy white head which slid off nicely to leave some mild messy lace
Aroma: some banana esters, low key amount of bubblegum, some sweet wheat; light grassy to earthy tones further underneath
Flavor: mild semi-sweet weizen yeastiness blends the prior noted aromas together semi-sweet and a little bit spicy; quick aftertaste of sweet wheat and earthy to banana esters
Texure: about medium bodied - maybe a touch under; some sessionability about this; estery spiciness seems to be a touch abrasive but isn't distracting; finishes with the estery spice, banana and a light touch of bubblegum
Overall: I can see this as a decent attempt of a true hefeweizen, it's just not all the way up there to compete with the standards, I would come back to this to see if they tweaked their recipe on this.

Can to snifter.
Appearance: dark brown close to black color with a thin cap of a khaki foamy head and dissipated to leave some mild lace
Aroma: the chaga chai tea which was added to this makes this beer smell earthy/mushroomy and some coconutty tones then the stout like qualities of roasty, dark and coffee tones seem to slowly blend in
Flavor: mildly sweet with a roastiness running underneath to mesh finely; super quick aftertaste which is dry and earthy and a slight tone of coconut
Texture: medium bodied; pretty good as a sipper; some smoothness but not too much; finishes extremely dry
Overall: nifty idea for an imperial stout but man oh man, you better drink a ton of water after this, it's an extremely dry beer!

Can to English pint glass.
Appearance: glossy copper in color with a two finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave a lot of messy lace
Aroma: citrusy, earthy and piney hop tones mesh with a super clean cracker/bready malt bill
Flavor: takes all the prior mentioned aromas to blend and add in a nice clean English-esque fruity yeast; mild aftertaste of fruity estery notes and earthy to piney hops
Texture: light to medium bodied with a fair sessionability about it; some dry smoothness along my tongue; finishes clean with some bready malts and English-esque yeast
Overall: while I like this for me; I've heard they used a West coast ale yeast, however, to me I believe an English ale yeast seemed like it was used. Part of me thinks I'll have to come back to this one just for documentary purposes.

Can to becher pint glass.
Appearance: dark murky orange close to bronze color with a two and a half fingers of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some messy lace
Aroma: grassy to floral to earthy hops intermingling with a clean bready malty and fruity yeasty quality
Flavor: blends all the prior mentioned aromas together bittersweetly with a substantial yeasty fruity estery thing going on; mild earthy to fruity yeasty aftertaste
Texture: between light and medium bodied with a fair sessionability about it; some earthy tones effect some astringent qualities but not too harsh; finishes earthy and floral dry with the English yeast strengthening
Overall: to me I like this as an English IPA but the kids these days will rate this bad. I'd still come back to this as it's cleaner than the "back in the day" English IPA's.

Can to English pint glass.
Appearance: dark brown color with a finger and a half's worth of off-white foamy head, mild lacing
Aroma: rich dark nuttiness with toast and some roastiness
Flavor: semi-sweet, roasty and toasty through prior mentioned aromas, mild aftertaste of roast & toast
Texture: light to medium bodied, good sessionability, sturdy finish of nuts, roast and toast
Overall: to me it works as an English dark mild ale. Could even go with some food, pass the fish n' chips please.
