Description
We are brewers first, and proud of it. We take quality seriously and our focus is on producing fresh, expressive American beers. Our team brews these modern classics in a sprawling pre-Civil War industrial complex in the lower Hudson Valley of New York, striking a contrast between tradition and innovation.

Can, at Patrick's. An unclear pale orange colored beer with a finger thick white head. Tropical fruit, grapefruit and some pine cone in the aroma. It's full bodied and nicely carbonated, lightly warming, with a soft bitterness. Pale malts, pine cones, grapefruit and some tropical fruityness in the flavor. Medium length finish. Refreshing, not too interesting. 230218

Can. An unclear yellow-orange colored beer with a small white head. Piney, grapefruity and resiny aroma with a grassy, herbal hint. Some pale malts. It's medium to full bodied, a bit low on carbonation, quite dry. Pine cones, resin, grapefruit and some herbal notes in the flavor. Bready malts too. Short finish. Quite dull this one. 230218

Can. Opaque pale yellow featuring a huge and stable white head. Aroma of passion fruits, mangos, peaches and pineapples. Taste of grains, wheat, tropical fruits, malts, grapefruits and orange zest. It’s rather juicy but also dry. Strong bitterness. Strong carbonation. Light and refreshing. This is nice and easy drinking for a careless day in the sun. A session Ale done right even though my sample was quite old.

33 cl can @ home. Canned 10.06.2022, BBE 10.06.2023 Aroma has fruit candy, tropical fruits and fruit juice. Flavour has grapefruit, tropical fruits, mild minerals. Some bush leaves in the finish. Foamy and fizzy palate. Crisp-ish and quenches thirst. But otherwise meh.
