375ml bottle from Mikkeller webshop. Hazy yellow gold colur, thin white foam rim and aroma of lemon rind, funk. Taste is sour, tart, citrus rind, brett, funky, solventy, some wood barrell, oaky, vanilla, and with apple cider notes. Slick mouthfeel, medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying tart & woody oak finish. Nicely drinkable.

[5/9/2019] Draught at Mikkeller & Friends in Copenhagen. Nice red. Apple, lots of berries, quite dry, slightly sourish, a bit of funk, bitterish note, juicy. Very nice.

Bottle. Clear yellow color with white head. Aroma is vanilla, Most-like, green apples, quite mineraly. Taste is the same, green apples, lactic. Chalky mouthfeel, medium carbonation. Good, but not great, very high on the lactic acid.

Tap. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is apple skin, a bit rustic leathery funk. Taste is apple skin, a bit acetone, leathery again. Oily mouthfeel, fine-bubbled carbonation. Not great.

ABV: 5.9%. Hazy medium yellow colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate apple, yellow apples, red apples, sweet apple, light tart apple. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet apple, apple vinegar, yellow apples, ripe apples. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. [20190509]
