Draught @ Mig & Ølsnedkeren. Pours slightly hazy dark yellow, no head. Aroma of sour apples, green apple, light vinegar, wet wood. Flavor is light sour, green fruit, tart apples, apple core, vinegar, tart wood. Medium body, average carbonation, tart fruity finish. 100318

Tap @ Mig & Ølsnedkeren, 5.9%. Hazy golden with no head. Aroma is apple, fruit, funk and notes of acetone. Flavour is apples, fruit, oak, wood, funk, little sour, notes of acetone, citric, medium sweet and a little sour.

Tap Hazy orange colour with small white head.Aroma of ripped apples and appel peels mild sour but crispy and refreshing by style of cider fruity and lively finish.

From a 75 cl bottle at Cph. Food Space. Slow cheese event. Slightly hazy golden colour with as few white bubbles on top. Tart, fruity aroma with apples and citrus notes. Taste is light sweet. Medium bodied. Finishes tart fruity with apples and lemon juices. Lovely Cider.

Bottled. An unclear golden beer with beige head. The aroma has notes of lemons and apples. The flavor is sour with notes of apples and straw, leading to a bitter finish.

37.5 cl bottle. Pours hazy orange with a bubbly white head. Aroma is bretty and zesty apples. Citric, bretty and dry. Earthy and bretty. Lingering dry and zesty apples finish. Lasting bretty finish.

Bottle @ Italian restaurant in Aarhus. Dark orange color, virtually no head. Smell and taste apples, medium dry, medium sweet. Quite pleasant.

Bottle at KØ17. Good apple aroma. Cloudy yellow colour. No head. The flavour has acid, apple, funk, sulfur finish. OK funkiness.
