375ml bottle from Mikkeller webshop. Lively on opening, golden amber colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of mellow apple, rubber, barnyard. Taste is sour, rubbery, apple, with some hay, wood, barnyard and light tannin. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry tart tangy finish. Quite drinkable.

Draft @ Mikkeller Bar, Copenhagen. My first drink in here and it’s a cider! Go figure. Pours a misty gold. Aroma holds glimpses of the tannin-rich cider to follow. Taste is rough orchard fruit with tight tannins and a light sour edge. Really liked the coarseness of this without venturing too far into sour territory. Could do with more fruitiness but I really liked it.

Bottle 750ml. [ As Æblerov Benene På Nakken ].Clear medium yellow color with a small, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly to fully diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate apple, wood, dry apples, red apples. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a long duration, apples, tart apples, wood, light earthy, dry. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft - lively. [20151228]

Bottle@Yesprs - Clear golden pour with tiny white head. Aroma and taste is prominent crispy Apple, with some nuance of apple skin, nice balance of crisp dry and sweet apples, goes down well.

75 cl bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow to orange with a small white head. Aroma is zesty and juicy apples. Smooth fruity, sulphorish and slight citric. Smooth fruity. Dry and sulphorish to citric far finish.
