Aromas are mostly weed and resin with a little citrus and skunk. Flavors are similar to nose, but more intense with good balance between bitter, sweet and carbonation. Great body and slightly sweet finish. Hint of alcohol in there. Nice beer.

[ As Phase Three DDH Gravlax ].
ABV: 7.8%. Murky matt medium orange colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, fruity malt, moderate to heavy hoppy, fruity hops, tropical fruit. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, gooseberry - lychee, tropical fruit, citrus, wheat - oat, grass, hops bitter, kind of ruff frosty - fruity hops. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20230420]

Aromas are in order, resin, melon, citrus and a little weed. Flavors are similar to nose, citrus comes out more along with some of the melon, sweet and carbonation dominate bitter. Good body with a mildly sweet finish. Not bad, not great.

Pint can from Niemuth’s, 4/6/23. Dark brown, thin brown head, average retention. Aroma of roast, earth. Taste is roast, dark chocolate, cherry, earth. A bit thin. Solid bitterness. Needs some tweaking but its solid.

Pint can from Flanagan's, 2/28/23. Packaged 10/12/22, so 4.5 months old. Very hazy orange, large off-white head, average retention. Aroma of lemongrass, melon, tangerine. Taste is grapefruit, mango, lime, passionfruit, lemon. Mild bitterness. Solid.

Aromas are fresh citrus hops, a little weed and pale malt. Flavors are like nose, with great balance between bitter, sweet and carbonation. Refreshing and satisfying. Very nice hoppy pilsner.

Can from Tavour. Pours clear, dark amber with a creamy beige head. Aroma is toffee/nutty. Medium body or so. Flavor is malty/toffee/nutty with a chocolate note. Malty, but not really sweet. Bitter enough. Tasty session.
