Meinel-Bräu Doppelbock hell, Flasche von Heußinger, Bindlach. - Kupfergold, klar. - In der Nase bocktypisch fettes helles Malz, rosinig süß doch von gedämpfter fruchtiger Herbe, Trockenobst und Orange perfekt gerahmt. - Antrunk tief hellmalzig und satt malzsüß doch keineswegs zu süß, abgerundet durch Honig, Kräuter, Aprikose und feines Orangenöl. Mild rezent, vollmundig, perfekt kaschierter Alkohol. Im Abgang feine kräuterige Hopfenherbe. - Außerordentlich runder, eleganter Doppelbock. Ganz klar unterbewertet. (17.12.2019.)

Pale golden color, firm foamy head. Grass in the aroma. Grassy, slightly bitter flavor with a hint of vanilla. Hopbitter aftertaste. Well brewed and tasty helles.

Bottle, brewed by Weisses Brauhaus neunburg. Blonde, cloudy. Banana and clove in the aroma. Medium bodied, with just a bit watery mouthfeel. Banana and even a hint of smoke in the flavor. Just a tad spicy. Well balanced weizen.

Heller Weizenbock mit 6,5 % Alkohol und unbekannter Stammwürze. Antrunk und Mittelteil fallen für einen Weizenbock recht ungewöhnlich aus und machen eine Bewertung zunächst nicht einfach. Fruchtig, Spuren von Aprikose. Fast wie wenn ein Stamperl aromatischer Obstler beigefügt wäre. Trifft nicht ganz meinen Geschmack, ist aber auf alle Fälle interessant und ungewöhnlich.

Yellow amber, clear, great lasting head. Citrus, light smoky nose. Very fine hint of smoke flavor, coffee, barley, smooth mild bitterness, very sessionable!

Bottle from an internet store. Light Amber, huge head, carbonation a bit too high. Neutral grainy soapy nose. Sweet, grassy grain, enough bitterness but lacking a bit of hop flavor.
