Bouteille(0.75 l):Deep ruby-amber coloured with a small but stable off-white head; dried red fruits with a vinous touch, dark caramel in the background; pretty light bodied for a beer of 7.5%, sweet flavour; caramel and dried fruits and a shy acidity in the finish. (bottle) Hazy, orange-golden colour with a big and firm, minimally off-white foamy head. Yeasty, moderately wheaty and banana-fruity aroma, backed by citrus- and tangerine-fruity and mildly piney hoppy notes. Sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a lively carbonation. Initially more like a Hefeweizen with wheaty notes and a present banana-character, giving ground for more hoppy accents from the middle part with fruity (citrus, tangerine), mildly resiny and herbal notes; sweet-bitter, moderately wheaty and resiny, herbal hoppy finish. Likeable Hefeweizen with a mild dash of aroma hops. 13.V.14
