Sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a lively carbonation. (bottle) Clear, golden colour with a big and firm, slightly off-white foamy head. Sweet malty and slightly buttery nose with very faint traces of smoke malt. Moderately sweet and bitter flavour, medium to light bodied with a soft carbonation. Malt-accented taste with bready notes, cara-malt and a micro whiff of smoked malt towards the harsh bitter and slightly alcoholic finish. Rather disappointing. 21.XI.10

(bottle) Clear, pale deep golden to amber colour with a blond medium-sized foamy head. Moderately sweet and strawy malty aroma with shy hints of caramel and herbal hops. Sweet and slightly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a calm carbonation. Mildly (cara-)malty base with discreetly bready notes and herbal accents; dry-ish and mildly bitter hoppy finish. Nice but not overly exciting. 20.XI.10

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a blond and bubbling foamy head. Fresh and simple pale malty nose with citric and slightly hay-like herbal hops. Moderately sweet and slightly bitter flavour, light bodied with a spritzy carbonation. Initially sweet malty taste with rising fruity and herbal hops character towards the moderately bitter finish with grainy notes. A bit slim but still a decent Helles Lager. 20.XI.10

Clear golden with a huge off white head. Aroma had toasted malt, caramel and hints of grassy hops. Flavor had toasted malt, caramel, grassy hops and it finished slightly bitter.
