Bottle, 5.2%. Hard to smell any smoked. Almost clear dark golden colour. Small white head. Weakly smoked flavour. Tastes OK, but I would have liked it more brutal. Clean and nice.

The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass also. Quite light, not too zippy. Tastes malty and dry, grasy and earthy finish. Tastes not really like a smoked, but still not bad!

(bottle) Clear, dark brown colour with a fluffy beige foamy head. Aromatic, moderately sweet toast-malty aroma with caramel, cacao and a present herbal hoppy blend. Sweet flavour, full body, well-carbonated, smooth mouthfeel. Solid malty base with roasty accents and liquorice; sweet and lingering malty finish with a pleasant herbal hops presence and a lasting aftertaste of chocolate and liquorice. Well rounded Doppelbock (16.05.07).

Bottle, 5.1%. Distinct banana aroma, hint of citrus. Hazy orange colour. Big stable white head. The flavour starts off with some banana, but finishes citric, almost sour and actually a little watery.

bottle, traded with frankenland. Clear pale brown colour, medium-sized head. Medium-bodied, flavours of malt, roasted malt and herbal hay, slightly grassy. Intensive flavours of cocoa powder. Interesting and nice, not sweet but still full of flavour.

bottle, traded with frankenland. Clear golden yellow. Medium-bodied, hints of cardboard, but pleasantly hoppy with a herbal character. he flavours are good, but the beer is a bit watery, though. If it weren’t for its wateryness and the cardboard hints, it would be even better. Overall quite nice.
