Bottled. A pale golden beer with a huge lazing white head. The aroma has notes of straw and eggs. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw, cardboard, and dry hops, leading to a dry cardboardy finish. The body is light.

Bottle. It’s a clear, pale golden drink with a small, white head. Lemony nose, weak and slightly artificial. The flavor to is lemony, no beer detected, and slightly artificial, although not as much as lots of other. Medium to thin on the palate, soft carbonation. Lemony finish. Rather boring of course, but quite pleasant anyway. 111127

Small yellow rim; ruby-red beer. Deep bready and liquorice taste, bit of tobacco, holly. Sweet, oxydated, leafy, but dry finish with dark spices and clear dark malts. Slick, bit syrupy; banana and sweet green vegetables in the aftertaste. Pity about the oxydation, but the yeast has been able to carry out a full fermentation, hence better attenuated and balanced than a lot of Doppelbocks. Many thanks to Stef!

Bottle. It’s yellowish in color, unclear, and topped by a small, white head. Sweetish aroma with banana and bubble gum. Grainy, quite bitter flavor with banana. Medium body, dry and heavily carbonated. Lighlty metallic in the end. Not very tasteful and far from weissbier-ish. 111106
