On tap @ CBM Mainz 2018. Smooth mild beginning. Fresh and mild yeasty with a soft smoky malt in the back. Sessionable smoothies, very round and dark malty with nice yeast and a round slightly smoky aftertaste. Very nice.

Many thanks to Erzengel for sharing! A very dark brown beer with a smal off-white head. Aroma of sweet mild roasted dark malt, coffee, vanilla, lactose. Taste of sweet chocolate, vanilla, lactose, dark malt, sugar.

Many thanks to Erzengel for sharing! A hazy dark golden to brown colour, small most good lasting off-white head. Aroma of dry herbal fruits, yeast, wheat, some coconuts. Taste of herbal hops, coconut, wheat malt, yeast, medium to low bitterness.

Many thanks to Erzengel for sharing! A murky reddish golden beer with a small off-white head. Aroma of mild sourish raspberries, yeast, wheat. Taste of fresh mild sourish raspberries, lactic fruits, yeast. Refreshing!

Many thanks to kappldav123 for sharing. Smooth roasted beginning. The beer starts nice dry with roasted parts. Easy to drink with an intense fresh smooth lactic roasted body. The roasted grain harmonises very well with the smooth milky lactic part, hints of hazelnuts there, moderate bitter. Not too sweetish, highly drinkable. Very nice.

Many thanks to kappldav123 for sharing. Fruity dry nose. The beer with a murky purple colour starts dry with a nice dry sour fruitiness with raspberries there. The witbier aroma harmonise very well with the dry fruity sourness. Much more balanced than the version without the raspberries. Dry smooth fruity raspberries in the aftertaste with a nice grainy dry witbier like body. Nice one.

Bottle from the brewery. Looks good. Only its not easy to find the difference to the Sorachi Blanche Himbeer on the label. Beer in the glass light golden, nice head. Fine fruity-malty aroma, light sweetish. Starts mild, malty, modest sweet. Some notes of butter cookies and some other sweets. But the beer is not too sweetish. Finish is well balanced, sweet-malty, also with notes of some herbs. Quite drinkable. Nice!
