Bottle, many thanks Dietmar! Unclear amber color with head that goes down very quickly. Aroma is peach oxidization, apricot, jam. Taste is peach, apricot, jam, lots of jam and jelly, champenoise, not dry. Oily mouthfeel with medium carbonation. A well-worked out experiment, but it is kinda mastig.
