Very huge & dense snowwhite head over clear golden beer. Dry, with a strange herbal/sweetish Traubenzucker aroma, old cookies, fine hops, white candi sugar. Sweet, white candi sugar, quite a bit of oxydation, probably lightstruck. Warming up, a mounting raw bitterness. Quite slick if not heavy good carbonation. Hu-hum. It's what happens when the presentment is more important than the contents. Txs to Stef!

Good snowwhite head over clear, lively carbonated golden beer. Amandine, some faint meaty esters, even solvent. Dusty, and getting sweeter in time, moss. Bit neutral as well, hence very drinkable as unremarkable - which is probably exactly the idea. Quite slick, oily, almost viscous, well-carbonated. As said, thirteen to the dozen. Txs to Stef!

On tap. Pours a very dark reddish brown. Aromas of soft roasty malts, dark caramel, and a little chocolate. Flavors follow same with a hint of Belgian yeast and emphasis on malts. A nice malty Brune.
