Thanks omhper! Amber colour with a minor head. Aroma is tartly acidic berries, some wood, and mild bluecheesy tones. Flavour is tart and acidic wood, berries and some floral tones with some bluecheesy tones as well as some vanilla. Tart wooden finish and aftertaste with some acidity.

Flaska från SB. Stiltypisk Oude Bruin med stenfrukt, kärnor, mjuk vinäger, druvor, lätt syrligt rödvin. Saknar lite djup och fyllighet men frisk och lätt i gengäld. Kul att ett svenskt bryggeri ger sig på en utrotningshotad ölstil.
