--Bottled, from Systembolaget. -- Hazy golden, huge head. Fruity nose with dough and sulphur. Sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Fruity and bready with some slightly funky hay. Long bitter finish. Not entirely clean, but otherwise solid.

Bottle 330ml. @ [ Trinntorp 🇸🇪 Virtual Tasting ] - fonefan & Brugmansia House. 🏡 💻👀

[ As Rocket Parsnip & Shiso ].
ABV: 9.5%. Clear dark red brown colour with a average, frothy - fizzy and open, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white to light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, dark malt, sweet malt, brown sugar, light bread. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, dark malt, sweet malt, roasted, spicy - cinnamon - almonds, soy souce notes, light bread, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20211030]

--Bottled, from Systembolaget. - Black, small head. Caramelly nose with coffee and notes of almonds. Mid sweet with full body and rounded mouthfeel. Caramel, marzipan, coffee and licorice. Long bitter peppery finish.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a cloudy, orangey golden with a smallish, white head. Intense, tropical melange in the nose - lovely. Medium body, a slight fruity sweetness, tropical hop accents and a solid bitterness. A little petroleum. 210921

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a cloudy yellow with a lacing, white head. Vague, smoky nose atop a fruity backdrop. Medium body, quite carbonated, more smoke (Bamberg style) and a dry, yeaty character with some bittering hops. A fizzy and smoky wheat beer is not really on my wishlist. 210921
