Bottle 33 cl. Very lively pour. Clear yellow with a lacing, white head with good retention. Distinct chamomile in the aroma - making the nose very herbal. Medium body, super dry again with the chamomile being extremely dominant adding an astringent bitterness. It all really comes down to whether you like chamomile or not. I like the aroma but not the astringency it leaves behind. 210921

Bottle 33 cl. Pours an opaque black with a small, light brown head. Soft, sweet roast aroma - licorice notes. Rich, potent body, roasty and again plenty of licorice. The adjuncts are a strange bunch, but to be honest - you don't really taste them. Warming finish. Solid and pleasant Imperial Stout. 210921

Bottle 33 cl. Pours an almost clear golden with a steady, off-white head. Dank and piney hop aroma. Medium body, dry and even slightly tart. For a West Coast IPA it ain't very bitter. Ok though. 160921

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque golden with a rich, lacing head with good retention. Really looks like a NEIPA. Lovely fresh and citrusy hop aroma. Medium body, again super citrusy, very smooth in a fine balance between dry and sweet never tipping neither way. Dry finish with no real bitterness. Super well done. 160921
