50cl swing top bottle. A almost clear dark orange golden beer with a mid-sized to small off-white head. Aroma of mild caramelish malt, reddish malt, mild bitterness. Taste of caramelish malt, nuts, toffee, soft floral bitter hops, nice!

Old fashioned Buegelverschlußflasche:Hazy, chestnut-amber coloured, stable and lacy, but small off-white head; mild caramelly-fruity nose with a delicate papery touch; mild to moderate sweetish-bitter flavour, light bodied and quite soft; slightly lingering (dark-) malty and bitter finish. A simple rural brew, nevertheless quite well quaffable...

Classical german Buegelverschlußflasche: Deep golden to light amber coloured, almost clear, medium-sized and slowly collapsing creamy (off-) white head; sweetish malty-grainy nose with some subdued "woody-toasty" traces; moderate sweet flavour with a very light bitterness, medium to full (!) bodied; lingering sweet malty-toasty finish with a mild, but distinctive and increasing (towards the end) "woody" hoppiness. A bit on the sweet side, but all in all a goody...

(swing top bottle) Slightly hazy, dark amber to brown colour with a beige mid-sized foamy head. Mildly bready and roasted malty aroma with nutty notes, caramel, dark chocolate and little herbal hoppy spice. Sweet-bitter flavour, light bodied with a soft, well-carbonated mouthfeel. Slightlty roast-malty taste with caramel and a whiff of chocolate; mildly sweet and slightly bitter toast-malty finish with caramel and a tinge of herbal hops. A tad slim but a likeable Dunkel. 25.VII.17

(swing top bottle) Clear, deep golden colour with a short and slightly off-white foamy head. Rich malty, slightly bready aroma with notes of caramel and toasted grains. Moderately sweet and slightly bitter flavour, medium to light bodied with a soft carbonation. Mildly bready malt character with caramel, shades of grains, as well as subtle fruity notes; slightly herbal hoppy notes tune in towards the sweet and mildly bitter cara-malty finish. Good and rounded Spezial. 20.VII.17

Bottle share with Cloin on zug to Munchen. Pours golden amber with a decent off white head. Aroma is toffee, bread, dried fruit and grains. Taste is a boosty fruit cake with a sweet toffee and brown sugar hit that mellows out. Carbonation ok. Not bad.

Bottle on the train to Munchen, 15/07/17. Hazed light yellow with a decent white cap. Nose is vibrant lemon, mellow citric sherbets, straw, lemonade. Taste comprises zingy lemon, toasted grains, straw, sweetish edge but kept in check. LIght to medium body, spritzy carbonation, semi drying close. Decent refreshing Radler experience.

Taste comprises fruit cake, dates, toffee, spice, brown bread, stewed fruits. Medium bodied with bite, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a warming alcoholic kick. Decent boosty bock.
