Our beers, both top and bottom fermented, are inspired by North American styles, but the ingredients are sourced as much as possible from short supply chains (especially for malts and certain hops).

Bottled, from En Bières Inconnues, Brest. Lightly hazy golden, rich firm head. Aroma of lime and overripe tangerine..id sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Fruity with lots of piney overripe tangerine, some key lime. Long bitter finish.
