Description
How to define the Savoyard craft brewery that is the Brasserie Caquot. First of all, we must start at the origins. Two brothers with the goal of pushing their will to the top and gradually climbing the ladder of the entrepreneurial adventure with a company that makes sense.
The Brasserie was at the beginning two brothers and today it is a team of seven people who work to offer you quality beers from the Savoy region in an organic and local approach.
It is by drawing their inspiration from their native land and what surrounds them that today the brewery produces 800 L of beer per year for the manufacture of the range of Ours beers, diversified, organic beers and in line with the visions of the founders.
This is why the production is called artisanal, in order to perpetuate traditions and return to a real work of the raw product.

Perfectly smooth texture for a very refreshing beer but too light on bitterness for an IPA.

First tasting in the Alps. This brewerey offers 3 different beers for now. This one develops a bitter foam largely compensated by the sweeteness of the beer. Quite nice even if it is not my "cup of tea".
