Freiheitsliebend als Kuckucks-Brauer, die es nicht anstreben eine eigene Brauerei und einen festen Standort zu besitzen sondern handwerkliche und erstklassige Craft Biere zu produzieren und dabei der Kreativität freien Lauf zu lassen.

33cl can. A hazy orange golden beer with a white head. Aroma of sweet juicy hops, some raspberry and lacto. Taste of sweet raspberries, yeast, lacto, vanilla. Low bitterness.

Pours dark brown with a lasting tan head. Aroma of roasted malts, coffee, and light citrusy hops. The taste is roasty with soft hoppy notes and a slightly bitter finish. Smooth and slightly dry texture with medium carbonation.

Frischer, herb hopfiger Beginn mit wässrig bitterem Aroma. Spritzig, die Aromatik leidet unter dem geringen Alkoholgehalt. Dafür sehr erfrischend, nicht zu schwach, gelungen. 7/9/11/8/8/9
