2018 bottle. Unclear golden color with white head. Aroma is a touch of quince, nice sweetish apples. Taste is a great blend of quince, pear, and apples, very nicely drinkable and balanced, mild minerals, sparkly carbonation. Very good!

2018 bottle. Pale yellow-ish color with head that goes down quickly. Aroma is woody, nutty, not a lot of apples, Fino sherry like. Taste is woody, earthy, mild green apples, bitterness in there too. Champenoise carbonation. Quite heftig.

2018 bottle. Unclear deep golden color with white head. Aroma is very intense apples, a touch cinnamon, Bratapfel-like, super juicy. Taste is vanilla, custard, very ripe apples, a touch tarte tatin, mineraly finish. Mineraly mouthfeel with very champenoise sparkly carbonation. Really complex and super tasty, amazing stuff!

2018 bottle. Clear golden color with white head that goes down quickly. Aroma is clearly apple, a bit phenolic and red apple, leathery. Taste is red apple, quite tart, sweet and sour, phenolic in the back. Oily mouthfeel, a bit chalky, sparkly carbonation.

2018 bottle. Clear golden color with white head. Aroma is light vanilla, apple skin, juicy and quite sweet. Taste is apple skin, vanilla, earthy, nicely medium dry, a touch white winey in the back. Oily mouthfeel, a bit mineraly, with not too high carbonation. Nice one!
