(bottle, 33cl) Clear, pale golden colour with a blond medium-sized foamy head. Pale malty, slightly draffy and grainy aroma with herbal and slightly spicy hops. Moderately bitter flavour with a balanced malty sweetness, light to medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Pretty rounded malt-character with herbal and spicy hops; quite dry and bitter hoppy finish with a mildly grainy aftertaste. Clean and decent Pilsener. 03.VI.10

Bottle, thanks Pivnizub. Light citric nose. Dark brown, huge golden brown head. Herbal entry, bready roast, good bitterhop profile. Medium to light body, sparkly. Quick finish.

(bottle) Hazy, dark amber colour with a mid-sized tanned foamy head. Toasty malty and slightly wheaty and yeasty aroma with light notes of chocolate, citrus and a leafy touch. Moderately sour and slightly sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Slightly toasty malty and wheaty taste with fruity notes of citrus and red berries; pretty dry, slightly toasty and fruity finish with restrained phenolic spices and mildly notes of caramel and chocolate in the aftertaste. Much better than their Helles Weizen. 29.V.10

(bottle) Clear, dark brown colour with a dense medium-sized and tanned foamy head, slowly lacing. Toasty malty and slightly bready aroma with notes of caramel, chocolate, a tinge of anise on a herbal hoppy background. Bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a crispy mouthfeel. Moderately roasted malty base with notes of dark chocolate, caramel and mildly herbal hoppy spots; slightly sweet and roasty bitter finish with a delicate hops character. A superb Dunkel. 28.V.10

(bottle) Cloudy, orange to golden colour with a big and dense foamy white head. Yeasty, mildly wheaty aroma with grainy notes and just a touch of banana and cloves. Moderately sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a rather tame carbonation. Slightly yeasty, wheat-malty taste with rather restrained fruity notes, a mineralic touch and delicately phenolic spices; slightly sour and sweet finish with mildly fruity and wheaty notes. Drinkable but not particularly convincing. 26.V.10
