Sample, thanks fonefan! Clear amber, small head. Bready malt aroma. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Deep, brady malt, slight floral hops. Mid bitter finish.

"Würzburger Hofbräu Kiliani Festbier", Flasche aus der Bierothek Fürth, 14.10.2025. - Kupfergold, klar. - In der Nase leicht derbes Karamelmalz und ausreichende, industriebiertypisch rauhe krautige Hopfung. - Antrunk satt aber banal karamelmalzig und mild restsüß. Auch die Hopfung ist bloß pflichtgemäß und endet in schaler, aromenarmer Bittere. Durchschnittlich rezent, nur annähernd vollmundig. Schwach ranziger Nachtrunk. - Trinkbares aber doch eher oberflächliches Festbier.

Bottle from The Beer Cave. Pale golden body with a light haze and a white head that fades. Fine carbonation. No lacing. Aroma of lemonade and shortbread. Flavour of lemon and orange barley. Thin body with a slick texture. Soft fizz. It’s fine but a bit too sweet for me.
