Tap. Quite hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is grainy, grassy. Taste is grassy, earthy hopspice, a bit leafy, grainy. Silky mineralic mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Tasty, but it has a little touch of dead yeast flavours, and it's a bit too bitter.

Black with foamy head. Aroma is licorice herbs dark chocolate some pepper. Taste is smooth dark chocolate with syrupy sweetness and lots of molasses. No real bitter counterpoint. Drinkable. I like.

Apparently this is a bottom-fermented beer with smoked wheat. Unclear ruby-brown color with off-white head. Aroma is ham, berries, light garden, a touch caramel. Taste is ham, berries, rustic, lightly caramely. Oily mouthfeel with natural carbonation. Works!
