Amber with medium white head. Aroma is phenols, butter, sweet fruits, some herbs. Taste is buttery smooth stuff, a bit sweetness and sourness. Fresh. Not bad.

Brown with large beige head. Aroma is phenols, clove, apple, some rubber. Taste is beautifully complex everything with rubber and christmas spices in the finish. A bit too heavy. Still nice.

Sampled @ BKL 2017. Sehr dunkel orange braunes Bier mit einer mittelgroßen beigen Schaumkrone. Geruch sehr holzig, reife Früchte, Karamell, dunkles Malz. Geschmack intensiv malzig, süß holzig, Vanille, Eiche, Schokolade, lecker.

Süß säuerlicher Antrunk. Deutliche Noten von Alkohol, minimal bitter. Spritzig, Noten von Kräutern, Alkohol. 10/9/9/9//9

Bottle. Hazy reddish-brown color with tan head. Aroma is red apple skin, molasses, oak and brown sugar. Taste is apple skin, phenolic. Medium to high carbonation. Nice, but mostly because I like apples and the phenols are not completely off.

Sampled @ BKL 2017. Fast klare dunkel orange goldene Farbe, mittelgroße beige Schaumkrone. Geruch süß malzig, Vanille, Karamell. Geschmack süß malzig, getreidig, Karamell, Nuancen von Vanille.

Tap. Orange-copper color with white head. Aroma is orange juice, malty, a bit dusty. Taste is more orange juice, prunes, malty. Oily mouthfeel. Not bad

Brown with medium beige head. Aroma is sweatsocks, clove, raisins. Taste is sour raisins, some dust and bittersweet phenols. Rubber maybe. Finish of alcoholic sourness. Nope.

Brown with no head. Aroma is clove, phenols, rum, maybe caramel. Taste is spicy and heavy bitterness with lots of sweetness and alcohol. Too heavy. Undrinkable.
