Bottled, thanks Bov! Lightly hazy golden, miniscule head. Fruity metallic nose. Sweet with light body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Ripe fruits and metal, notes of grass. Mid bitter finish. Metallic macrolager.

1.5l plastic bottle. Clear golden colour. Aroma of apples, quite tart. Slightly acid and tart, apples, smooth but dry palate. Quite nice.

Bottle 500ml. w. swing top @ Fastelavnssmagning, Ulfborg.Unclear hazy light medium yellow color with a small, fizzy - virtually none, fair lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is light to moderate apple, wrinkled red apples. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and acidic with a average to long duration, very dry and chicken butt face (very tart). Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20100221]

Hazy pale yellow with a tiny white short lasting head. Aroma had apples and was fairly dry. Dry and sourish flavour with natural apples and wood. Finished dry and sour. Nice.

Bottle, 4.7%. Faint apple aroma. Muddy yellow colour. The flavour has some apple, tastes unfiltered like it looks. OK lemony citrus flavour. Very dry finish.

Bottled. An unclear yellow cider with a rim of white head. The aroma has notes of apples. The flavor is sweet with notes of apples and citrus, making it somewhat acidic, and the finish dry.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a cloudy pale golden with hardly any head. Aroma is mainly sulphur - not very appley. Medium body, a little sweet apple but then extremely astringent and unpleasant. Ends harsh and troublesome... 210210

bottle - This cider seems to be the unfiltered version of the other Ramseier cider. It pours a hazy yellowish-green color and has a mild sour apple aroma. The simple flavor is again of the sour apples and is lightly sweet. It’s light and I thought it was slightly better than the filtered version.
