From the Gemmi restaurant, Leukerbad, beautiful point of view, taking this classical cider free of alcool. I could say average, basic and refreshing, not so sweet, light and rather mineral, apple, little touch of pear, 16.07.24

330 ml bottle from Coop in Lucerne, Switzerland. Pours a crystal clear gold color with a white head and excellent retention. Good lacing. Standard pale malt aroma. Standard pale malt flavor too with a mildly sweet finish. Medium-light body. Medium-high carbonation. Not bitter. A very repeatable basic beer.

49cl swingtop bottle pours a crystal clear, starbright gold with some spitty head. Nose has... apples, a little yellow cake, some flowers. Flavors same. Off dry and slick. Decent enough. 6 3 6 3 12

Can. Pours fizzy, slightly hazy light straw. Clear sroma of tart apples, with mild hints of yeast. Dry flavour of crispy apples, with sweetish touches of fermentation. Mildly dusty and dry aftertaste. Well, not bad, just a regular, rather anonymous cider.
