We believe that Teton Valley, Idaho is the best place on earth to craft beer. Our water is glacial run-off, filtered over 300-500 years by Teton Mountain granite and limestone before it surfaces at a spring a half mile from the brewery. Teton Valley grows the world’s best malting barley, and Southern Idaho includes some of the finest hop farms in the world.

12oz can from Brewers Haven. Hazy golden pour, frothy, fluffy white head, big chunks of lacing. Aroma is grapefruit and pine. Taste brings a bitter bite up front, grapefruit peel, biscuity, but then trails off quickly for a weak, abrupt finish. Same, it's an absolute gorgeous pour.

355 ml can from Beer Republic advent calendar poured into a Snifter. Near black with a few tanned bubbles on top. Mineralic, roasted aroma with coffee, chocolate, hard roasted bread, and smoked malts. Red berries. The taste is light sweet. Full body. Dry and roasted bitter finish. The smokiness gives this beer an edge in the age of pasty stouts.
