Ein pechschwarzes BIer ohne Schaum, das verdammt trocken ist. Es hat einen intesiven, tiefen Röstmalzgeschmack und liefert alles, was ich mir von einem guten (imperial) Stout erwarte auch wenn es nicht so einfach zu trinken ist.

Many thanks to kappldav123 for sharing. Smooth mild beginning. Caramel, no bitterness. More like a nice Dunkel - but NO Alt. Caramelly, hints of roasted grain. Overall a very sessionable nice aromatic Dunkel - but no hints that characterise an Altbier. Smooth grainy roasted and dry aftertaste, no real bitterness there - hard to judge...

Bottle looks simple but really good. Beer in the glass zippy, small head. Dry malty roasty aroma. Starts mild, malty, light roasty. Modest sweet. Shy hints of cocoa. Finish well balanced, soft-malty. Quite drinkable. Nice one!
