Bottled 500ml (BZ, BB 01/2012)
Hazy yellow-orange color, good cloudy white head, active carbonation with lots of bubbles. Dryish bubblegum aroma with hints of cardboard. Medium-bodied, fizzy. Citrusy, estery flavors, barley malty. Aftertaste is a bit thin and more like in malty helles than in weizen. Lots of citrus and as such quite refreshing.

(bottle) Slightly hazy, golden colour with a blond mid-sized foamy head. Strawy (cara-)malty aroma with herbal and slightly citric hops. Moderately sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Mildly malty body for a Märzen with a rather dry mouthfeel and a good dash of fruity and herbal hops; dry and mildly bitter hoppy finish with a delicately lingering citrus-fruity note. Not bad. 30.X.11

bottle from Bierzerg. Deep brown, almost black colour, large beige head. Malty base with hints of dark honey. There is an unusual amount of aromatic hops that add a ovely resiny-herbal character. Very hoppy for a Schwarzbier, without fogetting the malt. There are so many Schwarzbiers that are so dry. This one is very hopps and very malty. The hop profile is d e l i c i o u s! One more, please!
