“Wagner-Bräu Kemmern Camerin Festbier“, Flasche (50 cl) beim Wagner, Kemmern. - Angenehme, zart honigartige Malztiefe und gediegene Hopfenaromen (Orangenöl) verbinden sich zu einem außerordentlich eleganten Festbier, das kein bißchen schwer oder plump wirkt. Sehr schön!

“Wagner-Bräu Kemmern Schwarzbier“, Flasche (?) beim Wagner, Kemmern. - Dunkles Kastanienrotbraun. - In der Nase limonadige Fruchtigkeit und nur allerknappste Herbe, wenig bierähnlich. - Antrunk schwach seifig und nur mild röstmalzig mit sehr zurückhaltenden Röstaromen, äußerst milder dunkler Frucht und einer Andeutung von holziger Herbe. Stark rezent, dünn im Mund. Im Abgang sparsame Röstigkeit, zurückhaltende Bittere. - Für ein Schwarzbier doch zu mild und harmlos, obwohl fein und stimmig komponiert.

“Wagner-Bräu Kemmern Bock“, Flasche (50 cl) von Hopfen & Malz, Berlin. - Kupferrot, klar, reichlich Schaum. - In der Nase bocktypisches breites Malz mit Karamel, Alkohol und milder Herbe. - Antrunk fett brotig-toastmalzig mit Karamel, Sahnebonbons und Nuß. Ordentlich malzschwer, nicht zu süß, ausbalanciert durch gedämpfte aber zum Ende hin wuchtiger werdende krautige Hopfenherbe. Mild rezent, vollmundig; deutlicher aber gut eingebundener Alkohol. Im Abgang ein wenig harsch. - Vielleicht ist es nur das Bedauern darüber, daß die Bockbiersaison erst mal vorbei ist - jedenfalls schmeckt mir dieser kupferrote Bock besonders gut.

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a blond mid-sized foamy head. Flowery and slightly citric hoppy aroma with notes of pale malt and white bread. Moderately sweet and shy bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a spritzy carbonation. Pale malty and slightly grainy base with fresh and flowery, slightly citrus-fruity hoppy notes, lingering into the sweet and slightly bitter finish. A nice Pilsner-Märzen/Spezial hybrid. 02.IX.17

Euro-Flasche: Golden, clear, lazy carbonation, small but stable creamy and lacy white head; moderate sweetish grainy nose, molecular traces of pale malt and herbal hops in the background; spicy sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied; slightly lingering spicy sweet-bitter malty finish. Not very typical for a franconian brew, but all in all well quaffable...

Clear amber with little white head. Aroma is herbs grass citrus lightstruck metallic. Taste is metallic bitter harsh hops. Gummy bear malty sweet finish. Medium drinkable. A bit meh.

0,5 l bottle. Clear red golden in the glass. Small head. Smells mid smokey. Taste starts less but present smokey. More a fruity background with some malt. Less smoke in the second part. Higher carbonated than expected. Low bitterness. Not really bad.
