Neder Festbier, jetzt mit 5,5 %, Flasche von Ambrosetti. - Das Weihnachts-Festbier vom Neder, nicht zu verwechseln mit dem St. Anna Festbier, das es im Sommer gibt. - Schönes Kupfergoldbraun, fast klar. - In der Nase satte, bonbonartige Malzigkeit mit Karamel, feine Orangenschale und hintergründige fränkisch-hopfenwürzig Hopfung, leise Züge von Bauernhof, leichte Altersnote. - Antrunk glatt und tief karamelsüß aber trotz deutlicher Bonbonnote nicht so platt süß sondern fein abgeschmeckt mit gebranntem Zucker, Malzbonbon und einem Hauch von fruchtiger Säure. Feine hopfenwürzige Herbe mit Orangenschale. Mild rezent, vollmundig. Im Abgang etwas lebhaftere Orangenherbe. Mit der Zeit treten leichte rustikale und Altersnoten deutlicher hervor und verleihen dem Bier Charakter und Tiefe. - Solides, individuelles Festbier, das vor Weihnachten sicher noch besser schmeckte. Unusual nose, some barnyard, stable, fruitiness. Taste is fruity, a bit sourish, herbal, along with some malty sweetness. Interesting Festbier.

Dark amber colour, white foam. Light honey, a bit fruity, some raisins, grainy and malty. Easy drinkable. Great bock.

Op tap bij In de Wildeman. Troebel goudgele kleur, witte kraag. Moutig, redelijk zoet, appel, maar ook fors bitter, grassig, licht kruidig. Lichte body. Hield zich goed naast de Jever Pils.

Clear dark mahogany with a medium off white head. Aroma had roasted malt, caramel and subtle coffee. Over the palate came toasted malt, caramel, light toffee and an off dry finish.

Bottle purchased at the brewery. 50cl. Pours amber copper with a small white head. Quite heavy diacetyl. From the moment the cap went off I was struck by butter. Werthers echte. A shame. I had the export from gravity at the brewery and was impressed but I have previously experienced diacetyl in their beers (kellerbier). A shame with the inconsistency.

Draft. Copper beer with a dark cream head. Caramel aroma. Caramel and light mineral flavor with light grass and light roast. Medium bodied. Caramel and light mineral notes linger with light grass.

Bottle from Frank. Many thanks! Dark brown colour, beige foam. Nose of roasted malts, caramel, bread crusts. Taste is light sweet, light bitter, malty. Decent.
