On tap at À La Dèrive. Pours clear blonde. Musty apple and grape skins on the nose. Flavour has tons of white wine grape character, some apple skins, good must. Very good.

A lightly hazed golden cider with aroma of sweet apple jam, light acidity, light Brett, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity mix of tart apples, light Brett, light lactic notes, light citrus, very nice. On tap at L'autre oeil.
