Associated Venue: Pips Meadery
Established in 2018
The name Pips is not only a nod to the seeds in fruits, but also to counting devices like the symbols on playing cards or the dots on a die. Though, most importantly, it is a nod to our son, Parker, who was born with special needs. Not knowing what his future holds, Pips will forever be a home to him as a family owned business.
We firmly believe in continuous improvement at Pips. We simply make what we enjoy drinking, and are beyond humbled when we can put a smile on even one other face as a result. That said, we actively seek out learning opportunities and always plan on listening to feedback from our customers. Every voice matters, for it is because of you that we are able to do what we love to do.
We thank you for your support and for joining us on this journey.

Bottle pours out golden. Nose is nice big marshmallow vanilla honey some light mint notes and some of the black licorice. Taste is more of the nice sweet vanilla marshmallow honey notes and a little spice. Another hit from Pips.

If you read most of these you might have heard my key lime pie rant. This is legit, no rant, amazingness. Insanity. Crust and all. 1:1 if not more to the best key lime pie in the world.

WeWork tasting (20.01.2019). Pours deep purple kind of red, no real foam there. Nose is super filled with blueberries, sweet hone and beeswax there, kind of feeling like herbal sweet medicine. Mint. Tastes sweet, mint is pretty strong, blueberry mint jam. Sweet and blueberries are really intense. Beautiful experience, sweet and herbal and fruity.

WeWork tasting (20.01.2019). Pours dark red without foam. Nose is super smooth, berries, blueberry-blackberry seed bitterness (which means its not really bitter at all). Sweet creamy beeswax with some herbs. Tastes sweet, intense berry character there, viscosity feels high. Super light tartness hidden behind this sweet overall feel. Kind of like sweet blackberry marmalade-jam. Awesome to the core, enjoying every drop of this.

Inky purple color. Mint way over dominates the nose with blueberries hidden in the background. Very sweet. Well it’s like blueberry bubblegum with mint, but I don’t necessary want the mint to shine. Still nice stuff and bad pips is just better than so much than so much other beers. So good.

Flat. Inky dark purple color. The nose is like someone smashed Saskatoon berries up your nose. Pugnant. In your face but the fruit character is beyond what I could imagine for clarity. It’s just insane. Very sweet but the Saskatoon berry is just like washing yourself with Saskatoon berry soap and making love to it. The berry has the deep dark taste that just lingering in the back of your throat. Insane
