Tasting at Peters, Ystad, Sweden (25/11/2023) - New 🇺🇸 brewery ✅ sweet malty and dark berry infused with some nice blackberry fruity accents, chocolate, full bodied, berry accented and brandy soaked warming malty finish. Lovely. Great first impression.

Sampled from the tap at ABR 2023. Pours a clear hydrated pee with a white head that lasts through out the beer and laces. Flavor has a ton of straw with a touch of sweet grain and hay supporting. Flavor is also really straw forward with some hay and grain backing.

Sampled from the tap at ABR 2023. Pours a cloudy gold with a slight orange hue and a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has dank citrus and dank mango with some papaya, light sweet grains and a bit of sweet orange. Flavor has sweet citrus but dank onion, a growing mango and a hint of pear in the finish.

Pours a cloudy amber brown with a brown head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has some blackberry from the barrel with a combination of toffee, dark grains, caramel and a bit of bread underlying. Flavor has the same interesting combination of blackberry, sweet grains, toffee, caramel and just a touch of bread.

Can. Pours a cloudy yellow with a peach hue and a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has notes of apricot and mango with a bit of sweet citrus and some creamy sweet grains underlying. Flavor has mango throughout with some apricot, citrus and creamy sweet grain supporting.

Pours a hazy, golden pineapple, with smallish head. Aroma is dank, with some green onion and a touch of sharp cheese, along with citrus and tropical fruit. Flavor follows, over a noticeably sweet base. Soft mouthfeel. Moderate hop bitterness at the finish.
