This nano brewery is walking distance from my house which is convenient. Standard dry irish stout, roasted malt, palate is good, some burned toast and a creamy but quickly fading head.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has sweet and slightly tart guava with a bit of flora and sweet grains backing. Flavor is full of tart guava with earthy and sweet grains with some hay underlying.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has sweet grain and biscuit with a hint of coconut and some straw underlying. Flavor has a nice coconut up front with sweet grains, straw and a touch of bread supporting.

Aroma has citrus and a bit of mango with a bit of sweet grains and light lemongrass backing. Flavor has dank mango and citrus with growing grass and a bit of sweet grain underlying.

Sampled from the tap at ABR 2023. Pours a clear amber brown with a tan head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of earthy dark grains, roast and some earthy chocolate supporting. Flavor is roast forward with some earthy dark grains and a bit of dry bread in the finish.
