Gezapft (Fränkisches Bierfest 2019):Hazy, small head, amber coloured, grassy-grainy nose, some malty traces; mild to moderate bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied, soft at least; shorter tart and grassy finish with malty spots. Not really necessary...

28-03-19 // tap at Bierwerk Nürnberg. Schönes Helles mit leichter Hopfennote. Sehr süffig. Gebraut bei 3 Kronen oder Dreykorn, laut Wirt, hab ihn nicht ganz verstanden.

Tap at the pub in Nuremberg. Not a pils, but a kellerbier for sure. Deep amber-orange, a bit hazy, with a thick head. Nose of caramel, malty, slightly nutty. Light smoke in the flavor, cafamel, bread. Rich and a bit sweet, some brown sugar. Fruty, with a peppery, bitter, earthy finish. Ok but this is Franconia.
