Draught Huge, towering white head over metallic golden beer. Dry malty nose, wiht faint hayish touches. Dry Pilsener flavour, some faint noble hoptouches, which is rather rare so far south. Very harsh bitterness for a short instant, then reverting to slick sweetness, not quite attenuated, velvety MF. Well, OK, I suppose. The pub wasn’t.

Bottle (kindly delivered by Jonas!): Deep golden, cloudy, slowly collapsing off-white head; ripe bananas in the sourish-wheaty nose, unfortunately not without a phenolic touch; light to moderate sweetish-sourish flavour, light to medium bodied; moderate sweetish-sourish finish with a tart and bitter touch. Not bad...........

(bottle) Hazy, murky orange to amber colour with a mid-sized and slightly off-white frothy head. Moderately sweet and slightly acidic pronounced wheat-malty aroma with notes of banana and cloves. Slightly sweet and sourish flavour, light bodied with a soft carbonation. Wheaty and minimal citrus-fruity taste with shades of banana; dry-ish and slightly clovy finish. Just okay (13.V.09).

Bottle (Dank an Jonas !): Hazy, chestnut-amber coloured, quite big, quite stable pillowy beige head; sourish-fruity nose with caramelly undertones; light to moderate sourish-sweetish flavour, light bodied; some very well hidden caramelly traces in the mineralic-sourish finish. No glory........

(bottle) Hazy, chestnut-brown colour with a big and dense light-beige foamy head. Sourish berry-fruity nose with heavy acidic notes that leave not much room for other aromas, except for light toasted notes. Light-sweet and moderately acidic flavour, light to medium bodied with a spritzy carbonation. Slightly toasty malty and berry-fruity taste; shy bitter and minimal tart finish with light toasty and fruity notes in the aftertaste. Not overwhelming (17.II.09).

Draught. Clear golden colour. Nice stable creamy white head. The flavour is nicely malty with a good chalkiness, perhaps minerals. The bitterness is quite low, but the beer is very clean.

Bottle. Cloudy red, creamy off-white head. Light fruity roast notes, a bit marzipan and berries. Medium to light body, somewhat fizzy mouthfeel. Fresh and unoffensive, but not a epiphany.

The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass also. Very much foam. Starts nearly vapid, becomes more sourish with every gulp. An average beer.

Bottle. Hazy pale golden, light carbonation white foam. Citric, flowery and herbal nose. Fairly lightbodied, sparkly mouthfeel. Hayish malt, citric hop profile. Not too shabby for a ’Trendbier’
