Cloudy blond color with generous head. Smell of vegetables, yeast. The mouthfeel is very dry; too much yeast flavor, the fermentation produced unwanted bitter compounds, and there is a metallic aftertaste.
Uncontrolled.

Hazy light amber color with medium sized head. Smell of yeast, some vegetables, iron. The malt flavor turns a bit too much to the caramel, a bit heavy for a self-defined Pilsner; there are traces of yeast and cabbage here too, but not too strong; correct bitterness (some of it is exogenous).
It needs to be tuned, better control of the fermentation process, and filtered a bit too.

Hazy dark amber color with nice creamy head. Light aroma of caramel, light cream, lightly metallic. Good body, smooth mouthfeel; here too, there is too much yeast, although it didn’t generate so many byproducts.
It needs a better control of the fermentation.

Dark color, almost black, with nice beige head. Mild aroma, some roasted malt, some yeast, metallic. Smooth mouthfeel; flavor of roasted malt, but behind that the yeast can be found, providing as usual a metallic character and unwanted chicory bitterness.
It needs some tuning.
