Measured Final Gravity: 1073
Blond color. The aroma is sweet, fruity, with a hint of alcohol and honey. The mouthfeel is very sweet, nice liquor; it doesn’t have a complex flavor like other meads, it’s pretty straightforward, with a mild lemony character and related correct acidity, clean, not bitter; it has a light touch of honey and pineapple.
Well brewed, but more was expected.
