TCBW2025. Black colour, small beigeish brown head. Aroma is liquorice, some toffee, toasted, chocolaty and mild coconut and almond tones to it. Flavour is nutty, toffeeish, chocolaty with some coconut and mild toasted tones to it. Alcohol is somewhat evident.

Undated bottle. Pours black, but with some brown highlights. Smell offers a lot of smoked ham, just a touch of stout malt. Chewy caramel taste with more smoke. A slight chile burn. Some more complex spice notes that could be from the rye malt. A bit of lactose seems to show up there. Happy to have finally popped my first To Øl beer.

Fles gedeeld met Roelzie. Het is een diep donkerbruin tot zwart bier met een een dunne bruinige schuimkraag. Het heeft een aroma van vanille en ahornsiroop. De smaak is vol gebrande mout, zoete siroop, hout tonen en vanille.

Cloudy red pink with a foamy head. Aroma is mostly red currant, lemon, some blackberries, slightly metallic. Dry sourness. Light bodied, watery texture, lively carbonated, dry sour fruity finish. A decent berry sour ale, the berry aroma is subtle and natural, very refreshing and summery.

Cloudy dark amber brown, light beige head. Fruity, caramely light roasted aroma. Caramely, mild roasted malt flavour, mild bitterness.
