Blond color. Light aroma, with very light plastic and hazelnut. The mouthfeel is extremely dry; there is almost no apple flavor (like a shot of apple juice in a jug of sparkling water), and as usual in Hessen the acidity is quite high. Useless.

Bottle at Kärrners Hausbrauerei, batch L1215
Light blond color; fine perlage. Very light aroma of apples. Quite dry, with a decent body, light apple and white wine flavor; in the final there is a light bitterness, a bit out of place. Balanced, better than most Hessen ciders.
