Brown color. Strange Ale, with a lot of caramel and a strange vegetables touch; the aroma is also lightly fruity; good malt flavor, medium sweet; there is a touch of sweet liquorice at the end; a Belgian yeast marks it. Very bitter. A bit chaotic and strange, but not bad.

It seems again that the G48 beers are better tasted warm…

Black color; thin creamy head. Strange aroma, mixing cardboard, glue, roasted malt, yeast, caramel; let it warm and it will show a very nice sweet hop too. Medium body, very strong roasted malt flavor, some caramel too. But at the end the roasted malt flavor is too strong, unpleasant. Again, it gets better when warmer, when the roasted malt is partially corrected by a nice hop. Not bad, but the black malt (burnt) feeling is too much.
