On tap at Bartolo. Pours a hazy deep gold with no head whatsoever. Aroma has a rich slightly sweet apple with a slight earthy oak note underlying. Flavor has a slightly more bitter apple with a slight sweetness and an earthy mineral finish.

Bottle at Euskal Etxea, Barcelona
Cloudy blond color. Aroma of citrus fruits, with some vinegar. The flavor is sour, with citrus fruits, a bit astringent. Quite aggressive, but less complex than the average Asturian ciders (this one is Basque).
