Hazy blond color. The aroma has some vinegar, some apples, very light hazelnuts. Dry mouthfeel, aggressive, acid, with some vinegar taste, light apple juice. Ends acid and astringent. Another brave cider, lovely how it washes down my first cooked fabada asturiana!
