In der Nase Karamell, optisch dunkles Bronze, schöner Sahneschaum. Im Trunk typisch Keller, fränkisch kernig, malzig, süffig. Karamell, leicht Getreide. Top.

Schön spritziges Helles, süffig süß, mittig Malz, hinten leicht bitter. Spät trocken. Aroma klassisch Heu. Gute Vertreter des Bierstils. Edit 11/22: Heute vor Ort nochmal aus dem Fass, ganz ganz leckeres Helles.

(Draught at Foersters Feine Biere, Berlin, 24 Aug 2017) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty, hoppy nose with bread, grass and fresh herbal hops. Malty taste with notes of bread, grass, hay and a fairly dry finish with a mild herbal bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Tasty, fresh and well balanced helles. Quite enjoyable.

(bottle, as Jubiläumsbier 430 Jahre, 5.0% abv) Slightly unclear, golden to light-amber colour with a big and loose foamy white head. Mildly yeasty, doughy malty aroma with traces of caramel and hints of herbal, hay-like hops. Sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Hearty, mildly grainy and slightly doughy malty base with shades of caramel and balancing herbal hoppy spice towards the finish. Nice. 06.VII.17

Fläschla: Golden to deep golden, hazy, loose and stable mid-sized head; malty and mineralic nose with a rural touch, shy herbal hops in the background; almost moderate bitter-sweet flavour, pretty light-bodied,a bit tart; lingering mineralic and pale-malty finish with a low bitterness in the aftertaste.Well drinkable, but all in all disappointing...
